Role-based access
Three roles — Owner, Admin and Member. Members see only their own profile. Admins can’t change Owners or other Admins.
Audit log
Changes to people, departments, access and settings are recorded with who made them and when.
People and logins kept apart
Adding an employee never creates a login. App access is a separate, deliberate invitation.
Payments through Stripe
Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page. theassetsco never sees or stores card numbers.
